Garden!!!
I have been working on my garden and making sure that those slimy slugs stay away from my precious zinnias. Here are some pics of my handiwork.
Golden Marigolds
Organic Cucumbers....not organic because I am health conscious, but because they were the only cucumber seeds Home Depot had
The whole of my garden. I have some sunflowers, zinnias, bachelor's buttons, orange fleshed watermelons and sunflowers that are coming along beautifully :)

Inside Out Hat
YoYo Pillow
Materials
enough fabric to make 25 yoyos
6 inch diameter circle ( a plate or a piece of paper, I used a compass to draw one)
nylon thread
a needle
scissors
two 15 inch by 15 inch squares of fabric
1.Cut out 25 circles from the 6 inch piece of paper or plate to make the yoyos.
2. Make the yoyos. Take one circle and sew a 1/4 inch seam around the edge of the entire circle, while along the way pulling the thread tight to bunch the fabric. You will want to double the thread for extra strength. When you reach the starting point make sure to tack the thread by making a few stitches on top of the first and make sure to pull the thread as tight as it will get. Tie a knot and cut excess thread. Flatten the yoyo out and you have finished one.
3. When all 25 are finished arrange them on the 15x15 inch fabric and pin them to the backing for the pillow. Tack the yoyos on the very edge to the edge of the neighboring yoyo or edge of the pillow fabric as if you were sewing them on the 12, 3,6, and 9 o'clock positions.
4. Next, sew the two sides of the pillow backing together with right sides facing so that the yoyos are not visible. Make sure to leave an opening being enough to stuff the pillow. If you look closely, you can see the stitches between the yoyos because I used black thread instead of switching to use thread that matched each yoyo. Perhaps using a thread that was pink would have been better because it would have likely blended better with the backing.
5. Stuff the pillow and hand sew it closed and ENJOY!
